L’organizzazione generale è stata molto buona assistenza pre/post partenza perfetti a parte qualche intoppo non dipendente dall’organizzazione Purtroppo la struttura proposta come 4 stelle non si è rivelata all'altezza: camera datata con evidenti pecche di manutenzione, aree comuni trascurate e servizi complessivamente non da 4 stelle. Va detto che il personale dell'hotel è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, ma questo non basta a colmare le lacune strutturali. Nota negativa anche sull'assistenza in loco dell'operatore per organizzare escursioni troppo vincolante ai suoi orari per poter coincidere l’eventuali esperienze
Le camere pulite , il personale carino è cordiale ma il resto purtroppo non c'è molto da commentare la cucina pessima non parliamo della colazione ...le piscine piccole non oso immaginare d'estate con delle piscine cosi.. non so come faccia ad avere un 4 stelle un posto cosi ho visto molti 4 stelle ma li eravamo su un altro pianeta... qui dargli gia un 3 stelle sarebbe stato troppo esagerato ... menomale che sono stati due giorni... se ci tornerei assolutamente no e tanto meno l ho consiglierei
Posto bello, comodo ai servizi e vicino al centro della cittadina. Ottima la ristorazione, ma suggerisco di scegliere camere matrimoniali, anche se si è da soli. Ottima l'assistenza dell'agenzia.
Ritengo che 4 stelle non siano la giusta classificazione per il Park Hotel La Villa, la struttura è carina ma posso dire, grazie alla mia esperienza pluriennale in campo alberghiero, che anche 3 stelle sarebbero molto regalate. Non parliamo della parte pensione completa perché la qualità è la varietà delle vivande servite è stata veramente disdicevole. Suggerisco un maggior controllo del tour operator alle strutture che propone.
